Stage Tech Lab: Lighting & Sound

Led by Queen's Hall Technical Team

In this hands-on workshop, students will step behind the scenes and get practical experience with stage lighting and sound. They’ll learn how lights and audio are used to create atmosphere, focus attention and support performers, before having a go themselves. Working with real equipment, participants will experiment with lighting states, sound levels and simple cues, gaining an insight into the technical skills needed to run a live show and what a career in stage technology can involve.
