Aneurin ‘Nye’ Bevan, Roy Jenkins, Tony Benn, Enoch Powell, Keith Joseph and Nigel Farage. Each man achieved such prominence and influence despite not being the leader (yet) - how? And what next, for the one person who might yet still become UK Prime Minister?
