The Future is Now Festival: Community Drop-in Session

Join us to hear more about our community climate festival including collaboration opportunities!

Led by Queen’s Hall Arts and building on the success of Hexham Net Zero Fair, The Future is Now Festival will take place for the first time on Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 June 2025. 

Our ambition is to ensure that The Future is Now Festival embodies the community spirit of Hexham and the surrounding area.

With so many local groups and organisations who are passionate about environmental action, we would like to showcase existing projects in order to enable collaboration and shared learning. Visitors to the festival should feel inspired about small actions they can take to help the environment particularly in a local context.

Activities available at the festival will include: information stalls (local businesses and community groups), family friendly workshops, outdoor events and much more.
