Paul Sinton-Hewitt – One Small Step: The Definitive Account of a Run That Became a Global Movement

- Main Information
The extraordinary journey of parkrun.
From a local park initiative to a global fitness revolution, One Small Step shares the extraordinary journey of parkrun, proving how one person's vision can mobilize millions worldwide towards health, happiness and community.
Paul Sinton-Hewitt was born in Zimbabwe in 1960 and grew up in South Africa. Paul excelled at sports but it was running that captured his imagination – and in 2004, on a whim, he founded the Bushy Park Time Trial in London, which went on to become Parkrun, now a global phenomenon which sees millions of runners take to the streets, park and beaches of their local area on a weekend morning.
