  • Tickets From £14
  • Main Theatre
Headline 2

A special opportunity to get your hands on early copies of some of the most exciting new novels of 2026: Main Characters by Bobby Palmer & Laura Clark is Away from her Desk by Helen Russell.

In Main Characters, two people are falling in love – and it’sblindingly obvious to everyone but them. A modern love story, told entirely from the perspective of those around the couple involved. Laura Clark is Away from her Desk is the perfect novel for our times: a stressed mother, with ageing parents, and a workload she cannot keep up with, who one day decides to quit: her job, her home, her responsibilities. What is she when she’s untethered?

Attendees will each receive special proof copies of the novels to take home.

In conversation with Liv Chapman.
