Dance Taster Workshop

- Main Information
Led by Sophie Douglas, this workshop will be in the style of contemporary dance with a focus on mobility and co-ordination, creativity, and enjoying moving together!
Sophie will guide participants through a series of short technical exercises to music, followed by a piece of choreography to learn and practice dancing together.
After a short break to rest, Sophie will collaborate with participants on a creative task, creating an original piece of choreography to end the workshop.
Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move in, and all are welcome!
Previous experience in dance will be helpful, but not necessary.
