Box Office opening hours are 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am - 4.00pm Saturday plus one hour prior to a performance (not including Bank Holidays and Public Holidays - please check before travelling on these days)
Tickets can be booked online (a handling charge of 50p per ticket applies to online bookings).
Tickets can be posted. A £1.50 handing fee applies to all posted tickets.

Queen's Hall, Hexham is managed by Queen's Hall Arts, a registered independent charity (Registered Charity No. 1088975).
We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled show.
We offer concessionary prices on selected shows for retired people, fulltime students, registered unemployed, people with disabilities and people under 18. A group price based on 4 or more people attending is available on selectedperformances. Discounts are also available to Queen’s Club Members.
