Meet the Team

Why we need you to share links and how to do it

We are excited to have you join our exhibition. To make things run smoothly, please use file sharing platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox to send your photos.

Why should you submit your photos via a file sharing platform instead of emailing them directly? Here's why:

No More Email Overload: Our inbox can't handle the weight of large photo files we would recieve. By using file sharing platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, you're helping us manage the volume efficiently. Please note, WeTransfer has a seven day storage limit for free accounts, meaning there is a risk that your files will expire before we meet to look at submissions.

Quick and Seamless Process: Uploading your photos to a file sharing platform is a breeze. It's faster and more reliable than emailing large attachments, ensuring a smooth submission process for everyone involved.

Secure and Reliable: File sharing platforms provide a secure way to transfer your precious images. This is also why we cannot accept physical media like USB memory sticks. Rest assured, your work will be safely stored and accessible only to those with the link.

Ready to submit your images? Here's how:

- Select your best shots for the exhibition.
- Upload them to a file sharing platform of your choice.
- Copy the shareable link provided by the platform.
- Fill out the submission form we shared for the exhibition opportunity and paste the links to your images.
- Sit back and relax while we review your submission.

Thanks for helping us streamline the submission process and make this exhibition a success.
