Dive into the magic of Disney’s The Little Mermaid with Hexham Amateur Stage Society!

Join Ariel, King Triton’s spirited daughter, as she dreams of life above the waves and falls for the charming Prince Eric. But when she strikes a dangerous deal with the wicked sea witch Ursula, the ocean’s future hangs in the balance. With the help of her colourful friends – Flounder, Scuttle and Sebastian – Ariel must fight for love and freedom. Packed with dazzling costumes, stunning sets and unforgettable songs like Under the Sea, Kiss the Girl and Part of Your World, this enchanting musical will make a splash in Hexham!

Chilled performance on Friday 3 April at 1pm: Enjoy Disney’s The Little Mermaid in a relaxed setting. A Chilled Performance keeps the show the same but allows a more casual approach to noise and movement in the auditorium. Ideal for anyone who feels more comfortable knowing they can come and go during the performance. House lights will be slightly raised, creating a calm atmosphere for families with young children and those with autism, dementia, anxiety or other conditions which make sitting or concentrating for long periods of time without moving more difficult.
