Are you a young person aged 11 - 18 living in West Northumberland? Passionate about music, events, and making a difference?

Funded by Youth Music and delivered by Queen's Hall and industry experts, this year’s Key Change programme builds on the success of last year where participants created and ran Find Festival. Find out more about Key Change 2023 here.

This year, you'll have the opportunity to learn about and programme Find Festival Fringe events. Discover the exciting world of event planning, from coming up with ideas to organising logistics and managing performances. This hands-on experience will provide you with real-life opportunities to put your creativity and passion into practice.

You will also get the chance to join a newly formed Youth Board allowing you to represent youth voice in the local arts and cultural scene. Your opinions and ideas will have a direct impact on shaping the future of West Northumberland’s vibrant arts community.

Key Change Northumberland is committed to amplifying the voices of young individuals like yourself. By participating, you become part of a movement to promote youth perspectives, ideas, and talents to the forefront of arts and cultural initiatives in West Northumberland.

The Key Change Youth Group meets fortnightly on Tuesdays in term time, 4.30 - 6.30pm

In addition to all the incredible opportunities we've already mentioned, we are thrilled to offer Key Change participants the chance to earn Arts Awards.

Key Change is an inclusive programme where everyone is welcome. Please let us know about any access needs in the registration form you’ll receive after booking a place, so we can support you.
