In A Big Country: An Evening with Big Country’s Bruce Watson
- Main Information
Big Country founder and guitarist, Bruce Watson, dominated the charts in the 1980s and has never looked back. Alongside singer Stuart Adamson, Watson and co enjoyed hits on both sides of the Atlantic, and became one of the biggest bands of the 1980s.
Their debut album, The Crossing, went platinum, the follow-up, Steeltown, went to number one, and Big Country continue to sell-out shows across the UK.
Guitarist and mainstay Bruce Watson is hitting the road to revive classic hits like Fields Of Fire, Wonderland, Chance, and Look Away, while also reflecting on the band’s remarkable five decades in rock in an evening that combines story and song.
With reflections on Stuart Adamson and Live Aid, the Grammies and Kate Bush, The Jam and Pete Townsend, Watson’s tour is not to be missed.
