
The Box Office is situated immediately in front of you as you enter the Queen's Hall from Beaumont Street. It is open from 10.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Saturday and one hour before the start of every performance.
Tickets for events outside the Queen's Hall (ie workshops, Abbey Festival events, village hall performances etc) will be available on the door of the venue from one hour before the event.
Limited parking is available on Beaumont Street and is free after 5pm; it is metered between 9.00am to 5.00pm. There is additional parking in the Market Place. The Wentworth Car Park (beside Waitrose Supermarket) is only a short walk from the Queen's Hall.

Some events, such as workshops or community events, may be unavailable and booking should be done through the Box Office.
Our website diary covers three month at a time and this may result in forthcoming shows not being available online despite our season extending beyond that.
The Exchange Café is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday / 10.00am – 4.00pm on Sundays & Bank Holidays. They serve food up until 7.00pm on an event evening. To reserve a table please contact them direct on 01434 652475
The Exchange Café provide a bar service. They serve from the café and from the bar in the White Room before a performance and during the interval. Ice creams can be bought at the entrance during the interval of shows.
The Library is situated in the Queen's Hall but it is not run by Queen's Hall Arts.
There is a drop-box for library returns when the Library is closed.
The Library’s opening hours are:
Monday: 9.30am – 7.30pm; Tuesday: 9.30am – 5.00pm; Wednesday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
Thursday: closed; Friday: 9.30am – 7.30pm; Saturday: 9.30am – 12.30pm;
Sunday: closed
Show times differ with each performance. If we can obtain a running time prior to the show then this will be available from the Box Office in the days leading up to the performance.
Most shows run with an interval but this is not always the case. Again please check with the Box Office.
Our films are screened in the theatre.
We don’t show adverts before the films and there is no intervals during film screenings.
The theatre is programmed by our Artistic Director, Geof Keys, and any programming enquiries for shows can be emailed direct to him.
