This is the thirteenth Hadrian’s Wall Archaeology Forum. The programme this year will include talks on recent excavations at Birdoswald, Vindolanda, Milecastle 46 near Carvoran, and the Carlisle bathhouse as well as the discovery of Turret 3A at Ouseburn, Roman mineral extraction in the North Pennines, and recent work at Corbridge.

The £16.00 ticket includes mid-morning tea/coffee/orange juice.

A sandwich and cake lunch, with tea/coffee, will be available at Hexham Abbey Refectory from 12.30-2pm for an additional £10.00. The choice of sandwiches will be: ham, salmon, egg and cheese and the choice of cake is: chocolate brownies and lemon drizzle cake.

The new edition of the Hadrian’s Wall Archaeology Magazine (No. 12) will be on sale at the event along with a selection of other publications (CASH OR CHEQUES ONLY).  

First book your £16 ticket in the main theatre and the lunch ticket will be an additional choice through the booking pages.
