Join poet and writer Caroline Burrows (VerseCycle) for a Nature: Sketching & Poetry Writing workshop.

We will first make a sketch of a leaf, and after a quick tea break, write a poem about the experience and our findings. 

No previous sketching or poetry writing experience is necessary. 

Please bring something to sit on if we go outside (weather permitting) for the sketching part of the session: a camping chair/blanket.  

In a bid to be more environmentally friendly, participants are encouraged to sketch/write on repurposed materials, e.g., paper destined for the recycling bin, the inside of cereal boxes, old novels etc. – so, please do bring those along if you have them.

This is a free activity but places are limited. Early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
