Pay What you Decide
Live in the Library
Somewhere in rural North East England, Jake is discovering what type of person he wants to become. The men around him make it known that as a bloke, "You don't let anyone give you any jip. If someone is going to punch you, make sure you punch them twice as hard. And then have a pint" with his Fatha being the go-to man for this type of stuff.
Jake realises he isn't his Fatha. And his Fatha soon realises that he isn't Jake.
This one-person show tells the story of what it's like to inherit your working class masculinity.
Age suitability: 17 years +
